Dear Valued Customer,

We appreciate all of your business and look forward to providing excellent service for your next special event! We would like to introduce The Woodlands Catering updated hours of operation and policies. This includes staffing, minimum order quantity, set up, table settings and dressings, take down and any additional special services.


SPECIAL SERVICES

  1. Servers: $25/per hour, minimum 3 hours
  2. Minimum buffet-style orders: guest count of 25 included. Less than 25 will be a la carte
  3. Table Clothes: $5 each
  4. China: plates, linen napkin, flatware, water goblets, beverage glasses, $4/person
  5. Cake cutting/plating: $2/person
  6. Flowers will vary in price depending on size: $85 minimum


MINIMUM DELIVERY

After hours and weekend services can be scheduled with special arrangement and an additional fee of $25 will apply. A 30% additional fee will apply for weekend and holiday events. There is a $50 minimum on all catering orders delivered on campus. If a minimum is not met, you may opt to pick up item at our café, or add a $20 delivery charge.


CANCELLATION

Orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
